My "toolbox"

My skill set is quite different from most mentors. I am an Animal Communicator, a Healer, a Medicine Woman, manifestation enthusiast & trauma expert (for humans), Transformational Life Coach AND a Canine Anxiety, Fear & Reactivity specialist with 

25 years experience!

During our sessions, I combine my knowledge & the Guidance of your Spirit Guides to provide you with the best possible experience. 

I specialize in helping people create a catalyst for change in their lives in mind, body & Spirit. When we combine these 3, THIS creates deep, lasting change. 

So, whether we need to ask your Spirit Guides a question, you need help creating new habits or even want to know what food is preventing you from moving you forward, I GOT you!

Accountability

When you commit to work with me, I commit to work with you. Every week, for 24 weeks, we will have a 1 hour, one on one, recorded Zoom call. You receive the link for you to rewatch or download. 

In addition, half way through the week, I will be checking in on you & see how you are progressing with your "homework". I ALSO give you my private cell phone number & encourage you to reach out to me if anything comes up. This is because I want to address issues AS THEY COME up. I will walk you through it until we feel you are in a good place. 

You will never hear me say, "Today is not your session appointment. We'll talk about this next Thursday." NO WAY! I'm here for you & it is my commitment to walk alongside you every step of the journey.  

Flexibility

There are times when people start working with me with one specific intention. However, as our work together evolves, they realize that no longer serves them. When this happens, we PIVOT. 

This is not a COOKIE CUTTER experience. Everything is customized specifically for you. This includes the ability to shift your goals, should that come up.​​

Life changing!

Wow. Where do I begin? I’ve been working with Iena for the last 6 months and my life has changed DRAMATICALLY. I came to her in absolute shambles over a very ugly and spiritually devastating breakup. 

She spent weeks helping me unblock my chakras and some serious soul retrieval, as well as helping me learn how to heal and unblock them on my own. I continued working with her and she has helped me break deep ancestral cycles, a toxic trauma-bond, and helped me to recognize signs of (and properly cut) unhealthy etheric cord connections - all of these things that had been leading me into paths of narcissistic and abusive relationships (unhealed childhood trauma).

I am still healing, however, I am the happiest I’ve ever been - clear-headed, calm, and in touch with my intuition. I am pain-free, emotionally and physically, and, for the first time in my life, can trust the “signs” and connections I feel from everything and everyone around me. 

Iena has helped me connect with my spirituality in more ways than I could describe, but she has severely changed my life for the better.

Transformation for me AND my dog!
